Property Manager

We have an opening for a qualified Property Manager to join our dynamic team and assist in the day to day running of our growing Portfolio.  An assistant role is also available for the right candidate.

We are a 30+year business with an emphasis on a great working environment. You will be a self-starter with initiative and a passion for the Real Estate Industry. You will possess not only the ability but the enjoyment of running a portfolio on your own but offer superior customer service to your valued clients and landlords.

• Have a minimum of 2 years property management experience.

The successful applicant will present with the following skills and attributes:

• Hold a current SA Property Management license

• Knowledge of current SA Legislation and the ability to work in accordance with the 'Residential Tenancies Act’.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Current SA driver's license

• Demonstrate a high level of skill with Microsoft Office and an ability to use web-based programs efficiently.

• Knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end process of Property Management.

• Competent with Property Me.

This is a salary position with generous remuneration package including a company car or allowance, phone, and superannuation.
