About The Role

We’re seeking passionate Casual Sales Assistants to join our Merrell Castle Towers team! If you love the outdoors, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoy helping people find the perfect gear for their next adventure, this is the role for you.

As a Sales Assistant, You’ll

Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparelCollaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIsAssist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandisingAccurately pick, pack, and dispatch online ordersMaintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell’s high standardsBring energy, positivity, and a love for adventure to every shift

Skills And Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)Shows genuine interest in outdoor activities, adventure, and performance footwearThrives in a collaborative, energetic team environmentIs self-motivated and eager to meet and exceed sales targetsIs adaptable, reliable, and open to learning and feedback
