About the role
Who We Are
At Feros Care, our purpose is simple and powerful: supporting people to live healthier, happier, and better-connected lives. As a values-driven not-for-profit, we're proud to be recognised locally and internationally for innovation, compassion, and the way we care for our people and the communities we serve.
We're Game Changers. Dream Makers. Kindness Champions.
And strong rostering is at the heart of what we do.
About the Role
Due to continued growth across our services, we are expanding our Rostering team and are looking for a Rostering and Scheduling Officer to join us. Working in a fast-paced aged care environment, you'll coordinate and optimise schedules to support continuity of care while balancing workforce needs, compliance requirements, and unexpected changes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on organisation, and understands the complexity and importance of rostering in an aged care or healthcare setting.
