About the role

Operate a fully equipped, modern mobile service van across NSW - fitting, rotating, balancing, and repairing tyres at customer locations. Manage your own day through our company app, supported by a dedicated team, and complete a structured 2-week onboarding with a senior technician before going solo.

Duties

·      Perform tyre fitting, rotations, balancing and puncture repairs at homes, workplaces and job sites

·      Deliver professional customer service as the face of the business on every job

·      Manage daily job flow and scheduling via the company app

·      Maintain van, equipment and PPE to company safety standards

·      Complete structured onboarding alongside a senior technician

Skills & experience

·      6–12 months’ tyre fitting experience - workshop, dealership or mobile

·      Valid, Australian driver’s licence - essential

·      Strong customer service skills and a professional, reliable approach

·      Proactive, safety-first mindset with attention to detail

·      Australian working rights
