About the role

We are looking for a warm, passionate and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the endota Rozelle team.  

This is a dual role that includes both front of house & office based work:  

• The front of house days will be on Spa Reception looking after clients, booking appointments, processing gift vouchers, assisting with retail enquiries & sales as well as ensuring the presentation of the spa to our high standards.  

• The office days will be based in Rozelle making appointments and providing back up admin support for the spas.  

The role requires a strong sense of teamwork to ensure the superb delivery of our exceptional services and treatments.  There is a comprehensive induction period with ongoing training to ensure your skills are always being developed.

It is an outstanding opportunity for a person with a background in customer service.  If you are a beauty or massage therapist who is wanting to develop spa reception & administration skills then this could be your perfect career progression.   Diploma of Beauty and Diploma of Massage students who are currently studying are also encouraged to apply.

Prior spa experience is highly regarded and computer skills are essential as is experience in operation an appointment book.  An ability to set priorities each and every day and to focus on the spa's performance targets will help you succeed in this role.

You will need to have an availability 4 days per week, including one weekend day.

• Reception experience is essential

• Strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry and desire to learn

• Retail sales skills an advantage

• Excellent time management skills

• A calm, professional and can do attitude

• Strong communication skills and a warm personality

• Good IT skills with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook.
