About the role
An NDIS Support Worker provides person-centred care and support to people living with disability, helping them achieve their individual goals, increase independence, and actively participate in their community. The role involves assisting participants with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, community access, transport, and skill development while promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and wellbeing. Support Workers work collaboratively with participants, families, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality services in line with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and the participant's support plan.
