What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-cycle Estimator/Supervisor role — you own the job from first site visit to final sign-off.

 •    Conduct on-site assessments of residential and small commercial insurance claims

•    Prepare accurate scopes of work and repair estimates (Prime Ecosystem experience a bonus)

•    Coordinate and manage trades from start to completion — keeping quality and timelines on track

•    Be the main contact for policyholders, insurers, and trades throughout each repair

•    Help develop and maintain a reliable contractor network across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region

•    Ensure every job meets Australian building standards and insurer requirements

•    Manage multiple jobs simultaneously — organised, proactive, nothing slipping through

 Occasional travel across the wider SEQ region may be required as we continue expanding.

What You'll Bring

•    Proven experience as an Insurance Building Supervisor, Estimator, or Assessor

•    Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction — or strong equivalent trade background

•    QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

•    Cert III in Carpentry or relevant trade is a strong advantage

•    Solid understanding of residential construction methods and Australian building standards

•    Comfortable reading engineering reports, scopes, and insurance documentation

•    Clear, professional communicator — with customers, insurers, and trades alike

•    Experienced with job management or estimating software (Prime Ecosystem highly regarded)

•    Current driver's licence and comfortable working across Brisbane and surrounds
