THE OPPORTUNITY

As Sales Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Club Manager to drive club success through sales, retention, marketing and business growth. You’ll generate and convert leads into members while building strong relationships that keep members engaged and the club growing. Your key responsibilities include:

• Drive membership sales, lead generation, and achievement of club revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end sales process including call drives, enquiries, outreach, tours, and conversion
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to increase membership and revenue performance
• Build local partnerships, community engagement, and support marketing and social media initiatives to drive awareness and leads
• Support member retention, club operations, and deliver an exceptional member experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You’re a confident, results-driven leader with the skills and experience to lead a successful club. You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong sales and business growth experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Experience in lead generation, conversion and managing sales pipelines, including call drives and follow-up processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage prospects, members and local businesses
• Ability to identify, develop and maintain local partnerships and growth opportunities within the community
• Strong organisation, initiative and ownership, with the ability to support the Club Manager and step up when required
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
