Associate Dentist

No Gaps Dental is a well-established, multi-disciplinary, and family-oriented dental group based in Sydney. Since 2004, we have grown to become one of Sydney's largest dental management companies, proudly supporting 18 clinics and over 70+ dental professionals.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dentist to join our team, providing exceptional dental care across two Sydney metropolitan locations. This role requires a professional with strong ethical values, excellent interpersonal skills, and comprehensive expertise in general dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting oral health assessments and examinations to diagnose conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Performing a variety of clinical treatments, including restorative, preventative, and surgical procedures, to address dental issues and enhance oral function.

• Educating and advising patients to maintain and improve their oral health.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Dental Science or equivalent tertiary qualification.

• Current and unconditional AHPRA registration.

• Proven experience in managing general and complex dental cases with clinical competence.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry practice.

• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.

• A commitment to building positive relationships with both patients and the wider dental team.

• Australian work rights or eligibility for visa sponsorship.
