Lead with expertise in acute mental health care – Clinical Nurse, Bayside ACT
Bring your advanced mental health nursing expertise and clinical leadership to a team delivering compassionate, person-centred care for people with complex mental health needs.
As a Clinical Nurse with Bayside Acute Care Team (ACT), you will provide advanced clinical assessment, care coordination and specialist mental health nursing for clients with complex needs. Working autonomously, you will provide clinical leadership, support the multidisciplinary team, contribute to education and professional development, and drive quality improvement, research and best-practice care.
About you:You are an experienced and confident mental health nurse who combines advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership, critical thinking and a genuine commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

What we can offer you:The Bayside Acute Care Team (ACT) is a part of Metro South Addictions and Mental Health Services. ACT obtains service requests from the local 1300 MH CALL tele triage, Emergency departments and other mental health services based upon urgency and prioritisation of care. ACT provides multidisciplinary mental health service to consumers with acute care needs in a community setting.
