The Role & Your Requirements

About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency repairs and maintenance of all types of construction equipment and components. This front-line position would suit a person in a similar role or someone looking to further their career. A mechanical trade background is essential. The ability to work in a fast paced role will be required.

Communicating with customer for repairs and maintenanceProactively scheduling and supporting a Group of Field Service TechniciansCompiling and completing accurate reporting including quotesWorking as a team to manage your time, your teams time and maximise efficiencyMaintaining a safe and clean work environment, conducting monthly toolbox meetingsWork alongside a high performing team, who are passionate about the gear they work on

Skills & Experience

Experienced in customer and staff communicationsPrevious experience working with a group of Field Service TechniciansA strong commitment to safety, health & environment proceduresA proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethicAbility to pass a pre-employment D&A screen and functional assessment
