About the role
Field Based Sales Role | Winslow Education | Digby & Marmadukes
Based in Victoria
Winslow Education is a fast-growing Australian supplier of Art & Craft materials, operating two specialist brands, Digby and Marmadukes, supplying schools and early learning centres nationwide. With a strong growth trajectory and an expanding national footprint, this is an exciting time to join the business.
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join us in a field sales capacity, driving new business growth across Victoria by building relationships with childcare centres and schools face-to-face.
About the Role
You will spend the majority of your time visiting childcare centres, early learning services, and schools across Victoria to introduce Winslow's product range, build relationships with decision-makers, and win new business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your territory will span:
Independent and long day care childcare centres and early learning services
Primary and secondary schools
Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) providers
Local networks, clusters and community education groups
You will be the face of Winslow Education in Victoria — identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
About You
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable managing your own diary, territory and pipeline. You will ideally bring experience selling educational resources, art & craft materials, or stationery into childcare centres, early learning services, and/or schools, though we are open to strong B2B sales candidates with a proven track record selling to this audience through adjacent product categories.
You will also bring:
A genuine drive to win new business and a track record of hitting sales targets
Confidence engaging face-to-face with centre directors, principals and business managers
Strong communication and presentation skills
The organisation and resilience to manage a busy territory
A preference for being out visiting customers face-to-face over desk-based work
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region as required
What We Offer
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
Vehicle allowance and tools to support your role
Genuine autonomy over your territory and how you run your week
Career growth as the business scales nationally
A supportive, entrepreneurial team where your contribution is visible and valued
The opportunity to help build two exciting education brands in your region
If you are commercially driven, enjoy building relationships face-to-face, and are excited by the opportunity to grow a territory from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
