Detailed Job Description
 Experienced Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterpriseContact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service environments.  The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and BusinessStakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies andintegrations.
Must Have Skills: Understanding of the Contact Center domain 5+ years of total experience 2+ years of hands-on Cyara experience Strong experience with: o Cyara Velocity o Cyara Pulse o Cyara Cruncher o Cyara Automated Regression Testing o Voice and Digital Channel Automation
