Property Manager / Experienced Assistant Property Manager

This role is suited to either an experienced Property Manager or a capable Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step within a structured and professionally run environment.

You will work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager and become part of a growing division focused on long-term stability, strong systems, and quality service.

This is not a role where you will simply be handed an overloaded portfolio and left to survive. We are building a scalable property management division with clear structure, strong support, and long-term growth in mind.

• Assisting in the management of a residential portfolio
• Tenant and landlord communication
• Maintenance coordination and follow-up
• Lease renewals and tenancy management
• Routine, entry and exit inspections with reporting
• Assisting with arrears management and portfolio performance
• Maintaining accurate records and well-managed files

Depending on experience, the role can be tailored toward either a more senior Property Manager position or a growth pathway from Assistant Property Manager into portfolio management.

• Minimum 1 year experience within residential property management in QLD
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• Sound understanding of QLD tenancy legislation or willingness to continue developing
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach
• Able to work well within a structured team environment
• Calm under pressure and capable of managing competing priorities
• Positive attitude with a friendly and approachable personality
• Someone who contributes positively to the office environment and enjoys being part of a team

• $70,000 – $90,000 + super (based on experience)
