Heavy Hauler / All-Rounder Truck Driver – Construction Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy haulage vehicles including oversize floats and low-loaders

• Transport heavy machinery, equipment, and materials to construction sites

• Loading and unloading construction equipment and freight

• Assist with general site logistics and support tasks

• Travel locally and interstate as required

Essential Requirements:

• Valid HR/HC/MC license (as applicable)

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Loading & Unloading Tickets with a strong understanding of load restraint

• Construction Tickets – Must Have

• Crane Tickets – Highly Desirable

• Qualified mechanic with Kenworth background – Highly Desirable

• Kenworth mechanical knowledge

• Tilt Tray Knowledge – Highly Desirable

• Complete prestart and safety check

• Must be able to provide a recent VicRoads driving report

• Solid experience in heavy haulage and general freight

• Strong knowledge of Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas

• Willingness to travel interstate

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Commitment to safety and compliance

• Must be well presented and take pride in maintaining equipment
