This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence.
About the RoleYou'll work closely with Village Managers and the Community Operations Leadership Team to ensure our communities operate efficiently, remain compliant, and consistently deliver an exceptional homeowner experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships, and making a tangible impact on the performance of multiple communities.
What You'll Be DoingSupporting Village Managers with operational administration, systems, and complianceDriving consistency across community processes, communications, and record keepingCoordinating preventative maintenance programs, contractor onboarding, and risk management activitiesActing as a key systems champion across platforms including RMS, DocuSign, CRM and compliance systemsAssisting with budget management, purchasing, invoice processing, and operational reportingSupporting homeowner engagement initiatives and helping resolve community-related mattersDelivering training and onboarding support to new team membersIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen operational performanceThese responsibilities align with the role's focus on administration and operational coordination, business optimisation, financial controls, compliance, and homeowner engagement.
