• Supporting the day-to-day management and performance of commercial properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants and service providers
• Assisting with lease administration, tenancy management and maintaining accurate property records
• Supporting budget preparation, financial reporting and forecasting activities
• Monitoring lease and contractual obligations and assisting with financial administration
• Coordinating contractors and assisting with operational and building management matters
• Attending client and tenant meetings and supporting stakeholder communications
• Contributing to the delivery of exceptional client and tenant experiences.

• At least 12 months' experience in property management or a related property role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• A property-related qualification and/or current industry registration will be highly regarded.
