NPI Planner / Coordinator

Mader is seeking an experienced NPI Planner / Coordinator to work closely with our client, supporting the development and implementation of maintenance strategies across camp facilities and site infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance planning professional with strong Pronto experience and a background in facilities, fixed plant, or site maintenance environments.

About the Role

As the NPI Planner / Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively to maximise asset reliability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for camp facilities and site buildings

• Create, review, and update inspection and maintenance documents

• Ensure maintenance plans align with operational requirements and client expectations

• Utilise Pronto to manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience using Pronto maintenance management systems

• Previous experience in maintenance planning and coordination

• Exposure to fixed plant, facilities, or building maintenance environments

• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies and asset management principles
