Senior Operations Manager

Ekera Dental is a growing national dental group with 55 practices across multiple states. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead operational performance across our network and help shape the future of our business.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead a team of Business Liaison Managers and work closely with practice leaders, clinicians, and support office teams to drive growth, improve performance, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Business Liaison Managers across a national network of dental practices.

• Drive operational performance, business growth, and accountability across multiple locations.

• Partner with practice leaders to improve profitability, productivity, patient growth, and team performance.

• Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational projects across the network.

• Build strong relationships with clinicians, practice managers, and support office teams.

• Support practices in achieving compliance, accreditation, and governance requirements.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

• Champion a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
