Forklift Operator

Cahill Transport is a proudly Australian, family-owned transport and logistics company with more than 75 years of experience.

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our East Arm, Darwin warehouse team, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.

• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.

• Picking, scanning and staging freight for dispatch.

• Completing stock movements, rotation and inventory tasks.

• Preparing freight and documentation for outbound deliveries.

• Maintaining load restraint and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

• Following site safety and housekeeping standards.

What You'll Bring

• Current Forklift Licence (LF).

• Previous experience in a transport, freight or warehouse environment.

• Confidence using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.

• Reliability and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Truck licence highly regarded but not essential.
