This is a structured Clinical Lead pathway, designed to take you from Senior OT → Leader with real support, not guesswork.

This role offers a blended model across:

Clinic-based sessions (Belconnen location)
Work from home (admin, reports, telehealth)
Community visits (functional, real-world therapy)

This is a hybrid clinical + leadership role, where you will:

• Support and guide a small team of clinicians

• Provide supervision and mentoring

• Assist with complex cases and clinical reasoning

• Review reports and contribute to quality improvement

You’ll maintain a reduced caseload so you can stay clinically engaged while building leadership capability.

You’ll progressively step into:

• Clinical Lead responsibilities

• Structured supervision of clinicians

• Quality & compliance oversight

• Team development and performance support

This is a genuine leadership pathway, not just a title.

✔ AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
✔ 3+ years experience (NDIS, Aged Care, Rehab or similar)
✔ Strong clinical reasoning and report writing
✔ Naturally supports and mentors others
✔ Ready to step into leadership
