We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a relaxed, professional setting. This position will suit someone local or looking to relocate long term.

Essentials

• Current Approved Manager certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in busy hospitality venues
• A positive attitude and commitment to great service

Pay: $57,986.20 – $79,423.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Esperance WA 6450: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bar management: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Approved Manager (Required)
