Accounting Graduate (Start ASAP)

Early-career accountant role offering hands-on experience, rotations in Risk and Group Finance, and support for CA/CPA qualification at Nufarm.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews within Risk, Assurance & Compliance.
• Assist with risk reporting and insights for senior committees and the Board.
• Partner with business stakeholders to embed risk and control frameworks.
• Support insurance queries and assurance activities across the group.
• Assist with preparation of Group financial statements and audit support in Group Finance.
• Perform month-end close activities including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support technical accounting matters including IFRS 16 lease accounting.
• Assist with group reporting, capital investments, M&A activity, and process improvements.
• Work closely with Group Finance, regional finance teams, Risk & Compliance leaders, external auditors, and senior stakeholders.

The company is looking for:

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Business or Finance.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Currently studying towards or planning to commence CA or CPA qualification.
• Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial controls.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
• Curious and detail-oriented mindset.
• Full working rights for Australia (PR or citizenship).
