Gaming Supervisor & Attendants

We are looking for customer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Supervisors & Attendants in our  busy hotel. 

We have positions available for immediate start. Flexibility across 7 days. Late night hours available.

Must have RSA and RSG & gaming experience held high.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

• Investigating and resolving customer queries

• Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality

• Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space

• Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends. 

RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
