What your days as an Offsider will look like.

As a Trainee Offsider, you'll work alongside experienced Diamond Drillers, learning the trade from the ground up while helping keep our drilling operations running safely and efficiently.

No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:

• Assisting with drilling operations and equipment.

• Handling drill rods, tools and consumables.

• Carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping.

• Supporting the Driller throughout daily operations.

• Working safely as part of a close-knit crew.

What we're looking for.

Previous drilling experience isn't essential, but we're looking for people who already understand the value of hard work, reliability and teamwork.

You'll also have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• A commitment to working safely.

• A willingness to learn and keep improving.

• Good practical problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• A current manual driver's licence.

• The ability to work away from home on rostered projects.

• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
