About the role

Farm Milk Collection Driver positions involve collecting milk direct off farm, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role suits a focused individual who prides themselves on high customer service, attention to detail, planning, and time management. Positions require flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early morning, night shift, and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Rotating rosters

• Collection of milk direct off farm

• Timely and effective scheduling of delivery pick-ups

• Delivering and picking up product safely at customer sites, prioritising workload and conducting yourself professionally at all times

• Ensuring allocated routes are carried out efficiently and on time

• Following all OH&S regulations, processes, policies, and furthering the safety culture

• Liaising with customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Accountability for all paperwork

About you

• A current MC licence (minimum requirement)

• Demonstrated experience in milk collection or a similar field

• Good driving experience and a clean driving record

• A Licence History Report/printout (issued within the last month)

• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation, or willingness to obtain

• DG licence highly regarded

• Sound knowledge of HACCP, BFM, and other relevant transport compliance Acts and Regulations

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and multitask

• Ability to meet strict deadlines

• Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised
