Hardie Grant
About the role
Hardie Grant is one of Australia’s leading independent publishers, creating bestselling and award-winning books across lifestyle, food, design, children’s, fiction and narrative non-fiction, alongside an exciting portfolio of international publishing partners.
Our dedicated children’s publishing division is now looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Brands Project Editor to join our Brands team. Our portfolio of globally beloved brands includes Winnie-the-Pooh, Star Wars, Miffy, Barbie, Sesame Street and Peanuts.
Working closely with the Head of Brands & Product and Brand Manager, you’ll help bring a range of exciting, brand publishing projects to life — coordinating projects, managing approvals, providing editorial support and ensuring titles are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, has a sharp eye for detail and is excited by the combination of editorial, project coordination and book publishing. While previous book publishing experience is ideal, we’d also love to hear from candidates who have their finger on the pulse of children’s brands, licensing, retail or the toy industry.
About the role
As Brands Project Editor, you will support the Hardie Grant Children’s Publishing (HGCP) Brands team in producing best-in-class publishing through the coordination and project management of books across our portfolio of globally beloved brands.
