The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Hydraulics Engineer to join our Melbourne CBD team. You are not just a cog in the wheel; you are a future leader. We provide the mentorship and support you need to lead our Hydraulics team within the next 1-2 years.

Your Role

You will be at the heart of our operations, managing projects from inception to completion, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to our business development strategy. We value those who take ownership, display leadership, and thrive on client-focused communication.

What You Bring

• Formal Engineering Degree (Hydraulic, Mechanical, or Building Services).

• Registration as a Professional Engineer.

• 8+ years of experience in Hydraulics & Fire Protection engineering.

• 6+ years of experience working as an Engineer in Australia.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the BCA / National Construction Code.

• High accountability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to mentor others.

The Rewards

• Salary: $130k – $160k + superannuation (commensurate with experience).
