The opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operator to join our team based in Kensington, VIC. This role is responsible for overseeing and participating in the receiving, organising, storing, and distributing of products within the warehouse. 

You will:

• Receive goods at the loading/receiving dock

• Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse

• Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt 

• Assist stock takes and other inventory initiatives

• Move and rearrange stock, and where necessary with appropriate equipment provided  

• Maintain accurate inventory records of products received and dispatched 

• Maintain cleanliness of the site and ensure that goods don’t get damaged

About You:

To be successful in the role you will have:

Essential

• Current Forklift Licence.

• Full work rights essential.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to safely lift up to 20kg (typical weights between 2kg and 10kg).

• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately -4°C.

• Understanding of safe handling practices for dangerous goods.

Desirable

• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or cold-chain logistics environments.

• Experience working within regulated or quality-focused industries.
