Affiliate Partnerships Associate (AU, Remote, Full Time)

Our affiliate channel is one of the highest-efficiency growth levers we have. We're looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Associate to help us prospect, sign, and grow the partners who bring new investors onto the platform — affiliates, publishers, influencers, and content creators.

This is a hands-on for someone who loves the hustle of finding new partners and turning cold outreach into real, revenue-generating relationships, and has strong affiliate marketing experience to be a smooth operator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect and sign new partners — identify and reach out to high-potential affiliates, publishers, influencers, and content creators

2. Nurture existing partnerships — keep partners engaged and help them grow subscriber volume over time

3. Run calls and demos — sell the product's value clearly and convert prospects into signed, active partners

4. Own outreach end to end — manage a high-volume inbox, track every conversation, and never let a follow-up slip

5. Use affiliate platforms and AI tools — leverage platforms like Impact alongside AI prospecting tools to onboard, track, and scale partner management

6. Monitor performance — track partners against subscriber and CAC targets, doubling down on what's working and cutting what isn't

7. Keep the pipeline visible — maintain clean, organised reporting so priorities are always clear

8. Partner with Marketing — align affiliate activity with the Senior Marketing Manager's broader campaign calendar

About You

• 3-5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in B2C subscription or FinTech

• A genuine, credible stock investor with an understanding of fundamental analysis and portfolio management

• Comfortable with affiliate platforms (Impact or similar) and confident adopting AI tools

• Strong relationship-builder who can turn a cold contact into an active partner

• Enjoys the hustle of prospecting and finding new potential partners

• Confident and persuasive on sales calls, with a closer's instinct

• Highly organised, able to run a busy pipeline and stay on top of every follow-up

• Analytical enough to read performance data and adjust focus accordingly

• Self-directed, results-driven, comfortable working remotely in a distributed team
