About the role

Dental Haus is a boutique dental practice nestled in the heart of Palm Beach. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to create healthy smiles and cultivate positive patient experiences for our local community. You will work in a beautiful, modern, high-tech clinic in a welcoming, professional environment where collaboration, compassion, and ongoing growth are fundamental principles. The roles if for 3 days a week initially.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety

• Carefully manage sterilisation processes and maintain strict infection control standards throughout the practice

• Welcome, comfort, and support patients throughout their entire visit to create a warm atmosphere

• Prepare treatment rooms, manage instruments and materials, and keep clinical areas organised and well-stocked

• Handle basic administrative or reception duties such as calls and scheduling as required

About you

• 2+ years of experience in a dental assisting role, including confident chairside support

• An outgoing personality, a positive work ethic, and an eagerness to learn

• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation processes

• A friendly, patient-focused approach that puts people instantly at ease

• High reliability, great punctuality, and a polished professional presentation

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)

• Experience with Praktika (preferred but not essential)
