Senior Estimator (Civil)

Your Opportunity

In this role, you’ll contribute to the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates across civil infrastructure projects, including water, transport, and major works.

You’ll play a key role in analysing project scope, developing pricing strategies, and supporting commercial decision-making.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing submissions Interpret project scope, drawings, and specifications Develop cost plans and pricing strategies aligned to tender requirements Support risk identification and cost optimisation initiatives Assist in contract negotiations and variation pricing Collaborate with engineering and project teams throughout the bid process Spanning all key sectors of the resource and construction industry Assist in contract negotiations and variation pricing

What You Bring

Experience in civil infrastructure estimating Strong understanding of construction methodologies Well versed in first principles estimatingAbility to prepare accurate estimates and cost plans Experience working on tenders for medium to large projects Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction or similar Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
