O Bar and Dining offers an immersive experience that embodies the essence of luxury dining in the heart of Sydney’s most iconic cityscapes. Revolving on the 47th floor of Australia Square, our unique circular room is divided into a restaurant, lounge bar, private dining room and event space. 

We are an owner operated business with a strong and loyal team at the helm, you will be working alongside passionate, motivated and supportive people.

• Minimum two years’ experience in a high-end, high-volume à la carte restaurant

• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service

• Confident with upselling, sequence of service, and using POS systems

• Clear communicator with a polished appearance and guest-focused attitude

• Able to multitask and perform under pressure

• Proven experience in a premium bar or lounge environment

• Strong understanding of cocktail and spirit service

• Naturally engaging, confident, and professional presentation

• Able to collaborate closely with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service

• Warm, energetic personality with a strong sense of hospitality

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately

• Ensure meals are presented correctly and dietary requirements are followed

• Support section waiters and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas

• Energetic, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, self-motivated, and passionate about hospitality

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Calm, polite, and solutions-focused under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Able to take initiative and go above and beyond for guests

• Hold full Australian working rights

• Hold a valid NSW RSA

• Available to work nights & weekends
