Junior Customer Service Engineer

Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the world's leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers. 

Our NSW Branch is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician with an excellent work ethic and team focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•  Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers.

• Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.

• Working closely with the NSW Service team.

Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics.

• Certificate / Diploma in Computer Networks.

• Practical experience in similar role within the business equipment industry.

• A good understanding of mono and colour digital printing products.

• Experience working with Kyocera products is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.

• Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems, within a print/scan environment.

• Clear verbal communication skills & exceptional customer service ethic.

• Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.

• A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.

• Leadership skills

• The relevant visa to be able to undertake full-time work in Australia – mandatory.

• Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
