About the role

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, our Nature's Way Kids Smart team are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join the team. You will be working across the full marketing mix, you will execute campaigns, contribute to brand strategy, and build the foundations to grow into a world-class brand marketer within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products across the brandsManage digital marketing and social media campaigns end-to-endPlan, execute, and evaluate POS strategiesTrack and analyse weekly scan sales, translating data into actionable insightsLead forecasting and stock control analysis to support supply planningTrack and monitor monthly A&P spend against budgetCoordinate design briefs and workflow through the internal graphics studioManage day-to-day relationships with external partners and agenciesSupport the sales force with information, materials, and ad hoc requests

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Desired Skills And Experience

About you

You are passionate about your portfolio and real team player.

2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analysing data and market segments High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisation and project management skills Exceptional communication skills and the a bility to deal with other internal departments. Sound PC skills and Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
