Junior Receptionist – Salisbury Osteopathy Clinic

Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week | Salisbury

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Junior Receptionist to join our growing osteopathy clinic in Salisbury.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional healthcare environment while working with a friendly and supportive team.

The role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients
• Greeting patients and providing a welcoming experience
• Processing payments and HICAPS transactions
• Booking and managing appointments
• Light administration and general reception duties
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable

We’re looking for someone who is

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Confident speaking with people over the phone and in person
• Reliable and well organised
• Comfortable using computers
• A quick learner with a positive attitude
• Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential

Hours: 2 days per week
Location: Salisbury
