Pharmacist

About the role

We are a health solution focused pharmacy which makes pharmacists the center of our customer care. We are looking for a pharmacist passionate about being involved in our current community health specialties with our team of 3 experienced pharmacists. This job also offers you opportunities to develop new services which expand our commitment to this communities health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient focused pharmaceutical care including dispensing medications, advice and patient medication monitoring
• Contribute to daily activities including Medschecks, DAA, 8CPA programs, PBS claims etc.
• Promote and encourage professional practice in accordance with all regulations and guidelines in all activities
• Be involved in health promotion including vaccination, compounding, medschecks and implementing full scope of practice and add to our health specialties in pain management and herbal medicine

About you

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid Pharmacy Board of Australia license (APHRA)
• Experienced and new graduates both welcome
• Completed the pharmacist vaccinator course and hold a current First Aid Certificate preferred
• Excellent communication skills which deliver patient centered health outcomes
• Able to use of FRED Dispense preferred
• Enthusiasm to be part of a team which learns, develops, educates and innovates
