With significant expansion planned (5+ new sites), we’re building our next generation of leaders now. 

This is not a standard Profit Centre Manager role. You’ll step into a Manager in Waiting position, working across established branches, learning the full business, and preparing to take ownership of your own site. 

  
What you’ll be doing:  

• Drive sales and customer engagement across multiple branches in Melbourne's north west region
• Build strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers 
• Support and influence team performance alongside existing leaders 
• Learn full Profit Centre operations (P&L, people, performance) 
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to branch success 
• Prepare to step into your own branch leadership role 

About you: 

• Proven experience in sales, business development and leadership 
• Strong people skills – you can build rapport and influence quickly 
• Commercial mindset with exposure to performance or P&L 
• Confident, proactive and ready to step into leadership 
• Background in trade, wholesale, plumbing or similar
