Management Accountant

We are seeking applications from an experienced Accountant to join our small team, working across multiple client structures, including trusts, companies, and self-managed super funds (SMSFs).

Your New Role

You will work closely with site-based accounting teams and oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, payroll, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the implementation of internal control policies and procedures.

Our clients are diverse and include holding entities, property developers, and trading businesses operating across a range of industries.

Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

• Preparing financial reports and analyses

• Preparing and lodging activity statements and compliance documentation

• Reviewing the work of, and mentoring, junior accounting staff

• Maintaining internal accounting controls

• Implementing and monitoring financial plans and growth objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Advanced tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel

• High levels of integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
