About Consulting

The Consulting service line predominantly assists legal teams in providing a range of e-Discovery services.

Consultants may provide guidance to clients in relation to information and data governance, computer forensics, eDiscovery, document review and document production. Other areas of advice include, protocol development, early case assessment using keyword de-duplication and other technologies, application of analytics, document review workflow including active learning and assistance in direction hearings.

The Consulting Team takes pride in its relationships with its clients and is the main point of contact with the client. Consultants are also responsible for end to end project management, training clients on how to use particular technology or workflows, managing client expectations, budgets and timelines; and one-off tasks relative to the consulting service line.

What does the average day look like?

There is no average day in Consulting– the team work closely with our clients and colleagues in a variety of forms. Some days are spent working on Relativity. Other days are spent in the office on client engagements, team meetings, finalising deliverables, supporting projects or participating in training. The Consulting team work with various clients each day. However, larger projects may pull our Consultants onto one project for an extended period of time.

What will I learn?

You will expand on the skills you learned through Tribal Habits and gain more in-depth knowledge about Consulting’s service offerings, how they operate and the basics for the service line. You’ll also learn about the different technologies and processes we use to deliver our work and other skills such as project management and how to present.
