About the Role We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team, with a mix of local community-based work and planned fortnightly travel to support participants in the Goulburn region.

The role would suit an OT who enjoys some variety in their week and is open to fortnightly DIDO travel to Goulburn for approximately 2–3 days at a time.

While in Goulburn, you’ll have the flexibility to work across community settings, our local clinic space, or a combination of both, depending on your caseload and participant needs.

For your fortnightly Goulburn visits, accommodation will be arranged and covered by Avina, with the option to use an Avina fleet vehicle or your own vehicle for travel, giving you flexibility around what works best for you.

Outside of the Goulburn component, you’ll be based with our North Sydney team, delivering strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants across homes and community environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver functional, strengths-based and person-centred Occupational Therapy services
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a varied caseload across Pymble and the surrounding community
• Travel to Goulburn fortnightly for approximately 2–3 days
• Utilise our Goulburn clinic space, community-based appointments or a mix of both while in the region
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability and willingness to travel to Goulburn fortnightly for 2–3 days
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
