Location of the role is inner Melbourne.

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to create exceptional experiences for employees, clients and visitors while supporting the seamless operation of a busy corporate workplace.

As the first point of contact for the workplace, you will ensure all visitors, employees and clients receive a professional and welcoming experience while supporting workplace operations, facilities services and logistics functions.

Here is a snapshot of your day:

Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience
Manage reception operations, visitor registration, access cards, security processes and switchboard enquiries.
Provide administrative support to the Account Team, including mailbox management, record keeping and workplace coordination activities.
Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace events and guest arrivals to ensure a seamless experience.
Monitor and action workplace requests through client and CBRE systems, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Manage workplace resources including lockers, stationery, visitor supplies, lost property and reception equipment.
Coordinate mailroom operations, freight, deliveries, consignments and associated tracking documentation.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, security and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with employees, clients, vendors and service partners to support an outstanding workplace experience.

Ideal candidate

Previous experience in reception, workplace experience, hospitality, office administration or customer service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate computer skills and confidence using workplace technology and systems.
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.
A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for customer service.
Reliable, professionally presented and committed to punctuality.
