Senior pastry, bakery chef

Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef, Revesby Bankstown Roselands, Sydney. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative pastry chef to join our growing Lebanese bakery team. Our stores produce traditional Mediterranean baked goods.

handcrafted pastries, laminated doughs, croissants, sweets, and desserts. What we’re looking for: Certificate III in Patisserie or Retail Baking or equivalent several years pastry experience, strong food safety standards, excellent attention to detail, ability to lead or work under the head chef, as well as good time management and communication. Reliability and comfort with early starts.

Creativity and growth. We encourage chefs to share ideas and collaborate on new products and seasonal specials. Initiative is welcomed and supported.
