Motor Technicians – Multi-Franchise Dealership | Wollongong

We are a large, established multi-franchise dealership located in Wollongong, now operating under new management. With an exciting growth phase underway, we are seeking experienced and qualified Motor Technicians to join our professional service team.

About the Role

As a Motor Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of leading automotive brands. You will work within a modern, well-equipped workshop and be supported by an experienced management team committed to training, development, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics

• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and service records

• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented workshop environment

• Deliver a high standard of customer care and attention to detail

About You

• Qualified Motor Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)

• Previous dealership or multi-franchise experience highly regarded

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• A strong work ethic with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

• Current driver’s licence essential
