Conveyancing Secretary (Client Liaison Officer)

Permanent Part-Time Role with Full-Time Growth Opportunity

• Rouse Hill (office-based position)

• 3 days per week - permanent part time with full-time potential

• 8.30am – 5.00pm

We're looking for a confident, organised people-person to join our team as a Client Liaison Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on structure and process, and has a natural ability to keep things moving smoothly.

What we're looking for is someone with strong customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to support clients.

Previous Conveyancing experience is welcome but not essential as training will be provided.

• Can confidently guide people through a step-by-step process

• Have excellent communication skills

You may come from customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, reception, or a similar client-focused role.

We care more about attitude, people skills and organisational ability than qualifications or industry experience.

Salary

Legal Services Award, Level 1 to Level 3 classification, depending on skills and experience, ranging from approximately $28 to $35 per hour.
