About the Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time Cabinetmaker to join our team.

The position offers $40 per hour, with the opportunity for a higher rate for an exceptional candidate.

You will be involved in the manufacture and installation of high-end kitchens, cabinetry and furniture, working across both our workshop and client sites.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys finding practical solutions.

Experience in high-end cabinetry, drawing programs and/or team supervision would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:

• Manufacturing and assembling high-quality cabinetry in our workshop.

• Installing kitchens and cabinetry to a high standard on-site.

• Reading and working from plans and drawings.

• Problem-solving and finding practical solutions throughout the manufacturing and installation process

• Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and project deadlines.

• Helping coordinate workshop activities and keep projects moving efficiently.

• Supporting and guiding apprentices and other team members.

• Taking a lead role in maintaining quality, standards and workflow.

• Maintaining a positive, respectful and professional workplace.

• Taking ownership of your work and ensuring every project meets our high standards.

• Contributing to an exceptional client experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes genuine pride in their craft.

You will have:

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making or an equivalent trade qualification.

• Solid experience in cabinetmaking and installation.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and practical thinking skills.

• The confidence to communicate ideas and contribute to the team.

• A positive attitude and willingness to support others.

• A high level of honesty, reliability and professionalism.

• A current Australian driver's licence.

• Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this position.

Experience with high-end residential cabinetry, drawing/design software or team supervision will be highly regarded.
