What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

• Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines

• Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

• Must have a current Valid RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG

• Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

• Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

• Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
