About the Role

As a Care Worker, you’ll support clients at home and in the community, helping them live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Your day may include:

• Assisting with personal care, meals, medication prompts, and daily routines

• Providing social support and companionship

• Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, or outings

• Supporting independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans

No two days are the same—and full training and ongoing support are provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)

• Experience in aged care, disability, or community support

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain – we reimburse the cost)

• Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR

• Most importantly: a caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
