About the Role

As a Road Maintenance Worker, you will support a variety of road and drainage maintenance activities, helping to maintain council assets and ensure safe, functional infrastructure for the local community.

Your day-to-day duties may include:
Road maintenance and repair worksDrainage maintenance and installationMinor concreting worksGeneral labouring and civil maintenance tasksTraffic management supportOperating hand and power toolsAssisting with emergency call-outs when requiredMaintaining a strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm principlesAbout You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and enjoys working as part of a team.

To be successful, you will have:
A positive attitude and strong work ethicCurrent Driver's Licence (MR or HR Licence highly regarded)White Card (General Construction Induction)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to successfully complete a Working With Children Check (WWCC)Desirable qualifications and experience:
