Administration Officer Level 4 - Clinical Support Services - Temporary Full Time - The Sutherland Hospital

Selection Criteria:

1. Can you describe a situation where you managed multiple administrative tasks while ensuring a positive experience for a patient and/or customer?
2. How did you balance efficiency with patient/customer satisfaction when working in an administrative role?
3. Share an experience where you had to adapt to a significant change at work, such as a new process or unexpected shift in priorities. How did you handle the change, and what was the outcome?
4. Describe your proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages including rostering and recruitment systems, Microsoft Office Suite. How do you approach learning a new system or process? 
5. Tell us about a time you experienced conflict in the workplace. What did you learn about your skills in managing conflict and what would you do differently if faced with a similar situation in the future.
